2MHost delivers your email through the JetEmails network. If you see this error, it means your domain doesn’t have the required SPF record set up in DNS. Without it, JetEmails can’t verify you’re allowed to send mail, so delivery fails.
If your domain uses our nameservers (ns1.etcnameserver.com and ns2.etcnameserver.com): You can setup the required SPF record using your cPanel, or submit a support ticket to do that for you.
If you use different nameservers, like Cloudflare: You’ll need to add SPF record to your domain’s DNS manually:
SPF record type is TXT, and record value is:
v=spf1 include:spf.jetemail.com ~all
DNS changes take time to update. Please allow a few hours for the new SPF record to propagate before testing email again.
